If you seek growth, challenges, and a results-driven environment, the **EA Group is your place!** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Analyzing procedural publications and managing deadline schedules, directly handling medium- and high-complexity legal matters; * Executing and prioritizing internal procedural deadlines, ensuring regular progress of legal proceedings and credit recovery; * Drafting medium-complexity procedural legal opinions, providing technical support to clients and internal debt collection and negotiation teams; * Monitoring and expediting judicial proceedings, including hearings, trials, appeals, court orders, and actions linked to Renajud; * Updating, reviewing, and maintaining internal procedural management systems, ensuring data integrity and procedural recordkeeping; * Preparing and updating procedural and managerial reports for submission to contracting parties; * Requesting, monitoring, and controlling procedural fees and payment of court-ordered judgments with contracting parties; * And other related duties. **What you need to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Prior experience in this role within the credit recovery field. **What we offer you:** * Associate-based employment model — Hybrid work arrangement * Workplace physical fitness program * Psychological support service * Birthday day off * Partnerships with educational, leisure, and pharmaceutical institutions **Register now and JoinEA!**
