If you seek growth, challenges, and a results-oriented environment, the **EA Group is your place!** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions per established procedures via tools such as phone calls, e-mails, and WhatsApp, negotiating debts from assigned portfolios to achieve targets; * Researching and locating customers using location systems to update records and negotiate debts; * Sending settlement proposals to clients, monitoring responses, requesting bill issuance, and formalizing negotiated agreements; * Monitoring the agreement compliance spreadsheet throughout the agreed term with customers, proactively informing upcoming due dates via support tools to prevent potential defaults; * Providing detailed and accurate information, clarifying doubts, and evaluating individual cases to resolve debt recovery; * Recording interaction details in internal and external systems to formalize negotiations; * Escalating negotiation cases and/or proposed solutions requiring higher-level authority to supervisors for risk mitigation and successful credit recovery support. **What you need to have:** * Completed High School education; * Prior experience in this role. **What we offer you:** * Salary – R$ 1.670,00 * Variable Compensation * Meal/food allowance – R$ 22.00/day * CLT employment contract – On-site * Health/Dental Insurance * Workplace Gymnastics * Psychological Support Shift * Birthday Day Off * Totalpass * Partnerships with Educational Institutions, Leisure Facilities, and Pharmacies **Register now and JoinEA!**
