Facilitation of procedural communication #### **About the position:** Support the legal team in analyzing judgments and appellate decisions, issuing well-founded technical opinions to guide decisions on whether to file or waive appeals, ensuring careful assessment of associated risks, costs, and benefits. #### **Main responsibilities** * Manage required documentation, from information collection to file organization, to ensure efficiency and agility in procedural workflows. * Facilitate communication, ensuring clear and up-to-date information regarding the status of each case under your responsibility. * Contribute to optimizing deadlines and procedures, continuously improving team practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in performance. #### **Mandatory requirements:** Proven experience in analyzing judgments and drafting appeal-related opinions, gained through work in legal advisory services, consulting firms, or corporate legal departments.
