Production Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Monitor production activities, plan, control, track performance indicators, and propose improvements to industrial production processes. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor daily vessel production, analyzing deadlines, volumes, and resources; * Assist in production planning and control (PCP); * Track performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, rework, losses, etc.); * Support production order control and data entry; * Identify production bottlenecks and propose process improvements; * Collaborate with engineering, quality, PCP, warehouse, and logistics departments; * Support preparation of management reports and internal controls; * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of industrial production processes; * Familiarity with PCP and performance indicator tracking; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Familiarity with ERP systems (Sankhya). Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
