Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Analyst to develop policies, control maintenance and tracking systems, plan vehicle rentals, and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Check out the job requirements and come be **ONE!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop sector policies and ensure their implementation; * Disseminate company competencies and values; * Update sector KPIs and report them to the immediate manager and clients; * Support the company manager in controlling maintenance, documentation, and expenses; * Manage the vehicle tracking platform; * Plan vehicle rentals and replacements, as well as fuel supply control; * Generate reports on vehicle performance; * Develop fleet training programs and deliver them to teams; * Optimize processes to reduce operational errors; * Monitor deliveries and services; * Provide technical support to drivers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience with monitoring, fuel supply, and maintenance systems; * Customer service skills (internal and external); * Intermediate G Suite or Google Workspace proficiency; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques; * Experience in transportation and fleet management; * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **\#JoinOne** **Bonus qualifications we value:** * Knowledge in telecommunications, civil, and tax areas; * Familiarity with 5S methodology; * Experience leading teams; * Advanced G Suite or Google Workspace proficiency; * Experience with vehicle tracking and fuel supply platforms. **Additional Information** **What we offer you:** * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Partnerships with educational and leisure institutions.
