Work Location: Recife/PE Your energy will be vital for: Providing customer service requests through real-time demand management and available resources. Restoring loads following unexpected events in the system, prioritizing efficiency, effectiveness, and safety, while also controlling scheduled interventions in the system. Responsibilities: * Understand key equipment in the distribution network and their functions within the power system. * Authorize scheduled live-line and de-energized line work under minimum safety conditions, including switching plans. * Monitor field team routes to ensure optimal travel and reduce unproductive movement. * Guide field teams, resolving major technical questions arising in the field. * Ensure adherence to the incident activation matrix according to severity/priority level. * Identify and isolate defective areas in the electrical system, restoring loads in case of tripping. * Accurately record power interruptions in the incident management system to enable correct calculation of continuity indicators. * Supervise field team shifts, ensuring compliance with labor legislation regarding overtime generation. * Monitor commercial teams’ activities to guarantee service delivery and timely closure of service orders meeting minimum quality standards. Requirements to join our team: * Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnology; * Valid CFT (Technical Safety Certificate); * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Availability to work on rotating shifts.
