Collection Coordinator

#### **About the position:** * Responsible for coordinating the collection team and operational routines, ensuring achievement of targets, process quality, and portfolio performance under management. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Monitor and ensure the team meets its collection targets. * Monitor operational indicators and propose improvement actions. * Supervise implementation of collection strategies (judicial and extrajudicial). * Support, develop, and guide the team on a daily basis. * Support communication/resolution of pending issues with support areas: planning, legal, monitoring, and support. * Ensure customer service quality and proper contact recordkeeping. * Control and distribute the portfolio among analysts according to profile and productivity. * Call monitoring via sampling. * Report operational results and status to management. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating collection teams or similar areas. * Prior leadership experience in collection teams. * Consistent track record in target-driven work, indicator-based management, and results-oriented governance. * Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience with managerial spreadsheets. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Experience in banking, judicial, or large-portfolio collections. * Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Finance, or Leadership. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Pluxee Meal Benefit; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Welhub (formerly Gympass) or TotalPass – discounts at gyms; * Pluxee Cuida and Well-being – psychological, nutritional, and other support services; * Partnerships with SESC, Veneza Water Park, educational institutions, and leisure parks. #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
