Let’s go! **We expect you to…** * Collaboratively contribute to software development, following your leadership’s guidance and aligning with your team’s development process; * Deeply understand the problem we need to solve by exploring hypotheses through questioning and exercising some autonomy, thereby developing a solution aligned with the project’s actual problem; * Be capable of delivering high-quality code consistent with system specifications. **We require you to…** * Write error-free code for the main execution flow, properly documented, accompanied by unit tests, and compliant with the adopted software development workflow; * Understand the software architecture of the project you are working on; * Possess knowledge of architecture, design, and development using the following technology stack: + Proficiency in at least one frontend framework or library such as React / Angular / Vue + Relational databases (SQL) + Git for source code version control and CI/CD best practices + Backend programming language expertise, such as Java, Go, PHP, or JavaScript + Microservices architecture + Experience using AI copilots **It’s a plus if you…** * Have intermediate English proficiency for writing, listening, and speaking to engage with international clients; * Have additional knowledge of agile software development tools and methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks.
