As a salesperson, you will be responsible for contacting prospective students who have already expressed interest in enrolling in some of our courses. This outreach will be conducted via phone calls, WhatsApp, or social media. Your role will be to transform lives through professional qualification. Experience in proactive customer prospecting is a plus. Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. However, rest assured—you will receive all the training and support you need. Additionally, you must be a sociable, communicative, dynamic individual with positive energy and vibrancy to connect effectively with prospective students and your team. The Technical Degree is recognized as the largest technical course provider in the country. With over 150 campuses and 30 available courses, we operate nationwide. Compensation and Benefits Fixed salary \+ commission \+ bonuses \+ incentives \+ transportation allowance \+ meal allowance. Fixed salary (formal employment): BRL 1,821.63 Initial compensation: BRL 3,200 to BRL 4,800 (fixed \+ variable). Meal allowance: BRL 255.42 Daily and weekly bonuses. Formal employment contract (CLT).
