Job Summary:
Professional responsible for conducting recruitment processes, supporting DHO, internal marketing, and strategic HR projects.

**Responsibilities**:
* Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (profile alignment, job posting, screening, admission process, and closure);
* Execute high-volume recruitment efficiently and swiftly, especially for operational areas;
* Create and maintain segmented talent databases for different job profiles;
* Apply behavioral mapping tools and support decision-making based on R\&S metrics;
* Verify and organize admission documents in accordance with legal and internal requirements;
* Lead a humanized and strategic onboarding process, ensuring integration into the organizational culture;
* Support and/or lead DHO initiatives, such as climate surveys, internal campaigns, training programs, and employee engagement projects;
* Manage internal marketing efforts to strengthen internal communication and people appreciation activities;
* Support strategic HR projects aligned with the company's culture and pillars.
**Requirements**:
* Experience in Recruitment \& Selection;
* Prior experience in consulting firms or outsourcing service companies is desirable;
* Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources;
* Must reside in or have easy access to Boa Viagem (PE)
**Salary**: R$1\.800 \+ meal allowance of R$ 21.50 (per workday) \+ transportation allowance \+ health insurance with 50% company co-payment.
