




### **Job Objective** Facilitate the teaching\-learning process for elementary school students, promoting cognitive, emotional, social, and ethical development through intentional, inclusive, and institutionally aligned pedagogical practices as defined by the school’s political\-pedagogical project. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and deliver lessons in accordance with the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) and the school’s curriculum. * Develop pedagogical strategies that respect students’ diverse learning styles. * Continuously assess students’ academic performance and holistic development using varied assessment tools. * Design and implement activities that foster critical thinking, autonomy, and active student participation. * Record and monitor student progress in class diaries, pedagogical reports, and institutional platforms. * Foster a welcoming, safe, and conducive classroom learning environment. * Identify learning and behavioral difficulties and refer students to pedagogical guidance when necessary. * Participate in pedagogical meetings, grade-level councils, ongoing professional development, and school events. * Maintain clear and respectful communication with families, the pedagogical team, and school administration. * Contribute to the design and implementation of interdisciplinary projects and school-based educational initiatives. * Comply with internal regulations, the academic calendar, and institutional guidelines. ### **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy** (Elementary Level I) or a **Bachelor’s Degree in Education** in a specific subject area (Elementary Level II). * Knowledge of the BNCC and current educational guidelines. * Proficiency in using educational technology resources.
