"Perform clinical examinations and analyze complementary tests and/or received medical opinions to assess employee health status and determine work capacity / fitness for duty;
Conduct occupational medical examinations, including all relevant follow-up actions—such as internal and external referrals—as well as negotiation with leadership regarding work activities compatible with potential restrictions or limitations;
