Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for recruitment, selection, onboarding, probation period follow-up, offboarding, and support to people management. Key Highlights: 1. Support to the unit's management in people management **IN-PERSON** -------------- **CLT** ------- **OLINDA, PE** -------------- **SALARY TO BE AGREED UPON** ---------------------- **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recruitment and selection (operational staff, apprentices, and interns); * Onboarding (integration); * Probation period follow-up; * Exit interviews; * Facilitation of endomarketing and internal communication initiatives; * Employee welcoming, active listening, and assistance in resolving internal conflicts; * Support to the unit's management in people management-related activities; * Administrative controls and tasks. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field; * Must reside in Olinda\-PE or nearby areas. **BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Dental plan; * Corporate University.
