Will you join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform blood collection from patients and administration of blood components; * Monitor and execute the entire transfusion process; * Provide guidance and manage transfusion reactions; * Monitor transfusions—including receiving service requests, evaluating acceptance criteria, preparing for transfusion (e.g., immunohematological testing), and releasing blood components; * Participate in all routine tasks related to hygiene, inventory control, and material requisition; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Hemotherapy or Clinical Analysis; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computerized systems; * Prior experience in transfusion processes is considered a plus; * Organized profile, professional demeanor, and strong commitment; **Additional Information** * Location: Recife \- PE; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM); We are the largest specialized network in high-complexity hemotherapy and cellular therapy in Brazil.
