Only education transforms! **As an Educational Pedagogical Advisor, your responsibilities will include:** * Organizing and monitoring the teaching and learning process within your assigned educational segment, ensuring reflection, engagement, and achievement of pedagogical and educational goals; * Weekly supervision of collective planning for teacher training, analysis, and professional development; * Supporting teacher development to improve teaching quality and enhance pedagogical activities; * Conducting individual meetings and providing feedback to teachers; * Providing pedagogical and educational support to students in the final years of Elementary School and High School; * Analyzing academic performance and implementing appropriate interventions with students, teachers, and families; * Assisting students by mediating conflict situations and addressing learning difficulties to support their development and academic performance. **Working hours:** Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a 2-hour break; once per week, you will conduct a pedagogical meeting during evening hours. **Essential qualifications:** Completed undergraduate degree in Teacher Education (Licentiate program), plus specialization in School Management; Knowledge of cognitive, psychological, and social development stages; Experience in teaching and learning processes, classroom management, and conflict mediation; Practical experience in analyzing results and developing action plans for improvement. **And here’s what makes our benefits especially appealing:** *(Benefits may vary depending on region and work schedule)* All stages of the selection process take place on our platform.
