Job Title: Reservation Assistant Key Responsibilities: \- Customer service and support throughout the hotel reservation process, rate management, and room availability verification. \- Efficient and agile processing of hotel reservations, with attention to detail and customers' needs. \- Monitoring and updating reservation statuses, including modifications, cancellations, and no-shows. \- Interaction with sales, front desk, and billing teams to ensure service quality. \- Generating reservation reports and controls as required by management. \- Assisting in resolving any customer issues or questions related to reservations. Required Qualifications: \- Completed high school education. \- Prior customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism. \- Familiarity with hotel reservation and rate management systems. \- Strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. \- Good organizational skills, agility, and attention to detail. \- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS). \- Knowledge of English and/or other languages. \- Certifications or courses in hospitality and service-related fields.
