Job Summary: The IT Assistant will provide in-person and remote technical support, perform diagnosis and resolution of incidents, and install, configure, and maintain software and hardware. With over 10 years of operation, the network is distinguished by its humanized, person-centered care. **Job Description:** IT Assistant **Main Responsibilities:** Provide in-person and remote technical support to users at the facility; **Diagnose and resolve incidents related to:** computers; notebooks; printers; wired and Wi\-Fi networks; IP telephony; system access; VPN; **Install, configure, and maintain:** Windows; corporate software; printers; drivers; antivirus; internal applications; Manage and maintain IT asset inventory; Support ticket management via GLPI; Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures; Support the team in projects and implementations; Monitor links, switches, access points, and basic connectivity; Assist with user management in Active Directory; Escalate issues to internal teams or vendors when necessary; Ensure information security best practices and LGPD compliance; Support backup routines, rack organization, and structured cabling; Participate in on-call duties or emergency response as required. **Desirable Qualifications:** Currently enrolled in or completed a technical or undergraduate program in networking, information systems, computer science, or related fields. Experience in technical support; **Knowledge of:** Windows, networks, Wi\-Fi, Active Directory, Office, printers, hardware, maintenance, **Basic knowledge of:** switches, firewalls, VPN, virtualization. Strong communication skills and a user-oriented service attitude. Ability to work under pressure in a hospital environment. Organization and sense of priority.
