**Join Solutis!** We are looking for a Senior Analytics Analyst to join our team! **Employment model:** CLT (Exclusive Regime) **Work arrangement:** **IN-PERSON (Recife-PE)** Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, knowledge of Power BI and Qlik, proficiency in database manipulation (SQL, Python), and analytical capability to generate insights and strategic reports. Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields, Statistics, or Engineering. Excellent command of the Portuguese language (written and grammatical), ability to produce clear, coherent, and well-structured texts. Ability to review or create technical documents, reports, or formal communications is desirable. ### **Mandatory requirements:** * Solid experience with data analysis tools (Power BI and Qlik) * Curiosity and persistence * Collaborative mindset * Communication skills and ability to share knowledge * Strong knowledge of SQL and Python * Proficiency in the Portuguese language (written and grammatical) ### **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with on-premises and cloud environments * Experience with data lake projects * Knowledge of statistics * Prior experience with AI tools.
