We are looking for a **Mid-level Application Support Analyst** to join our team! **Work mode:** IN-PERSON \- Recife \- PE \- Neighborhood: San Martin Responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of corporate applications, including incident identification and resolution, system improvements, and technical support. Knowledge of databases, PL/SQL, system integration, APIs, testing tools, service management (ITIL), and system development (C#, C++, and Python) is required. Bachelor’s degree completed in IT-related or Engineering fields. Excellent command of Brazilian Portuguese (written and grammatical), ability to produce clear, coherent, and well-structured texts.
