**Join Solutis!** We are looking for a Senior Analytics Analyst to join our team! **Employment model:** CLT (Exclusive Regime) **Work mode:** **IN-PERSON (Recife-PE)** Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, knowledge of Power BI and Qlik, ability to manipulate databases (SQL, Python), and strong analytical capability to generate insights and strategic reports. Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields, Statistics, or Engineering. Excellent command of Brazilian Portuguese (written and grammatical), ability to produce clear, coherent, and well-structured texts. Experience reviewing or creating technical documents, reports, or formal communications is desirable. ### **Mandatory requirements:** * Solid experience with data analysis tools (Power BI and Qlik) * Curiosity and persistence * Collaborative mindset * Knowledge of SQL and Python * Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (written and grammatical) ### **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with on-premises and cloud environments * Experience with data lake projects * Knowledge of statistics * Experience with AI tools.
