Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate operational activities related to equipment maintenance, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to technical standards. * Manage internal processes, ensuring compliance with company workflows, policies, and procedures. * Lead and develop the team, fostering a collaborative environment, high performance, and engagement. * Monitor, analyze, and ensure execution of performance indicators (KPIs), proposing action plans for continuous improvement. * Present results to internal and external customers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives. * Control resources, support operational planning, and ensure fulfillment of regional demands. * Act strategically, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal requirements related to operations. **2\.3\. Notes** * The professional will operate regionally, with frequent travel among the states of **Alagoas, Bahia, Sergipe, and Pernambuco**. * Availability for travel is required.
