Job Summary: This role involves commercial and sales management, visual merchandising, and comprehensive store and stock operations, including team coordination and loss prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Support in sales closing and team coordination. 2. Monitoring of daily targets and actions to increase sales. 3. Inventory management, loss prevention, and operational support. Commercial and Sales Management. * Support in sales closing and overall team coordination. * Monitoring of Daily Targets: Update the team on the day's "thermometer" (how much remains to reach the target), support the manager in actions to increase sales and average transaction value. * Upselling: Train the team to offer additional products. 2\. Visual Merchandising * Standardization: Ensure shelves and gondolas are restocked and organized according to layout guidelines. * Pricing: Verify that all items have correct price labels and expiration dates, especially during promotions or promotion changes. * Monitor and prevent losses, and ensure customers receive proper assistance. 3\. Store and Inventory Operations The logistical heart of the unit. * Inventory Turnover: Identify "slow-moving" products and suggest promotional actions, as well as flagging fast-selling (Category A) items running low. * Loss Prevention: Collaborate with the loss prevention team and meticulously verify incoming invoices and merchandise. * Checkout Area: Provide support during peak traffic periods. * Lead the team in the manager's absence; * Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and restocking.
