Job Summary: The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages with excellence, ensuring courteous service, inventory control, and bar organization, in accordance with quality and hospitality standards. Provide courteous service to customers at all bar locations #### **About the position:** * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with excellence, consistency, precision, and adherence to standards, ensuring courteous customer service, inventory control, and bar organization, in line with the hotel's quality and hospitality standards. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare drinks, cocktails, coffee, juices, and other beverages according to technical specifications. * Serve customers at all bar locations, including the bar counter, tables, mezzanine, and support the dining room with beverage orders. * Maintain a clean, organized, and adequately stocked bar according to inventory requirements throughout the entire shift. * Monitor supplies and report restocking needs to the immediate supervisor. * Assist in setting up bars for internal events (coffee breaks, cocktail parties, celebrations, etc.). * Conduct verification and restocking of ingredients, utensils, and equipment required for operations. * Know the beverage menu and offer suggestions based on the customer's profile. * Comply with hygiene and safety standards for handling food and beverages. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed High School education * Minimum 6 months of experience as a bartender in cocktail bars or high-end hotels. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Basic or advanced mixology courses, cocktail techniques, pairing, technical specifications, hygiene standards (Good Practices) * Basic/intermediate English #### **Benefits:** * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Salvia (Telemedicine | Tele-specialist) * Clínica SIM * Birthday day off * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Educational partnerships * On-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the network * Transportation allowance * Special discounts * Anniversaries and weddings #### **Work schedule and hours:** * To be determined
