Train employees in process management and continuous improvement #### **About the position:** Identify and implement improvements in a company's processes, products, and services to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality. #### **Main responsibilities:** Promote, implement, and monitor continuous improvement projects by conducting studies to optimize processes; Analyze industrial-related information and impacts to support leadership’s strategic decision-making; Support the management of industrial KPIs and projects; Support the dissemination of organizational strategies within operations; Train other employees in process management and continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce costs by eliminating waste; Lead the 5S program; Act as an internal multiplier for area processes. Perform activities in accordance with applicable standards and procedures, applying established quality, safety, and environmental policies, and ensuring the integrity of provided equipment by guiding proper conservation and appropriate use of company assets.
