About the Position CLT | Salary range between R$4,000.00 and R$6,000.00 + Benefits **ABOUT THE COMPANY** An established company in the gastronomy equipment and utilities sector, operating in Recife. We serve a diverse clientele, with a strong focus on business clients (B2B), including owners of hotels, restaurants, and guesthouses ranging from small to large scale. **JOB MISSION:** We seek a hands-on professional to assume full management responsibility for one of our units (a relatively large store). The primary mission is to lead the team toward achieving targets, with a strong emphasis on commercial growth and corporate client relationship management, as well as overseeing all operational routines of the store. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Commercial Management:** Directly lead a team of 4 sales consultants. Monitor performance against targets, motivate the team, develop strategies to boost results, and actively participate in closing complex negotiations with corporate clients (negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and ensure execution). * **People Management:** Manage the entire unit team (sales, warehouse staff, cashiers, and general services).
