Focus on results and communication with management Be responsible for executing and monitoring the sales operations and performance of the unit, influencing employees through correct practices, supporting the sales team and management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the entire branch's sales process; * Resolve bottlenecks that hinder sales; * Train **new and current** sales consultants; * Implement the action plan established by the branch management and/or commercial management; * Keep the branch management and/or commercial management informed about achieved sales results and projections. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** Completed high school education, basic computer skills, intermediate-level Office proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience in the Commercial area and Commercial Team Management. Completed undergraduate degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
