The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are properly organized and available to customers, contributing to a positive shopping experience. They will work closely with the inventory and store management teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure appropriate product placement on shelves. Responsibilities: Product Organization: Restock products on shelves according to established standards, ensuring products are correctly labeled and organized. Inventory Verification: Regularly monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or restocking needs to the responsible team. Expiry Date Control: Ensure all products are within their expiry dates and remove any expired items from shelves. Customer Service: Assist customers by providing product information and directing them to specific items when necessary. Cleanliness Maintenance: Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelf areas and aisles. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the inventory team, management, and other colleagues to optimize operational efficiency. Requirements: Completed high school education or equivalent. Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting boxes and organizing inventory. Proactive attitude and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
