Clarifying technical questions from customers and staff, ensuring accurate and safe information about medications and usage instructions; Managing the entry and exit of psychotropic and narcotic drugs in compliance with ANVISA regulations; Verifying adherence to technical-legal procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and good practices; Coordinating records and handling technical non-conformities, proposing appropriate and safe solutions; Supervising product recalls and conducting product verifications as required by law or necessity; Performing clinical services; Participating in routine inventory counts, contributing to store stock control and accuracy. **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s Degree
