Socicam is a company specialized in the management of bus terminals and transportation facilities. It provides comprehensive solutions for the administration and operation of urban mobility spaces. **Responsibilities:** Perform all activities related to hardware technical support at terminals, administer IT resources, and ensure equipment availability and proper operation, with the objective of supporting user service activities. Previous experience in Technical Support, IT Analyst, Network Specialist, or Computer Maintenance Technician roles may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
