It offers legal advisory services and support on regulatory matters. **Responsibilities:** Monitor customer service interactions, dialing campaigns, and collection tools in real time. Create and monitor email marketing strategies within the system. Ensure productivity, contract funnel management, adherence to targets, and strategic adjustments. Maintain relationships with suppliers. Guarantee compliance with regulatory standards, in accordance with ANATEL guidelines and consumer protection agencies. Safeguard information security. Generate real-time reports. Develop and deliver indicator and results presentations for internal and external senior management meetings. Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity. Previous experience as a Data Analysis Specialist, Monitoring Coordinator, Performance Analyst, or Control Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
