Support for teams to reduce manual tasks and increase productivity **Automation and AI Analyst – (Pinhais/PR)** **Work mode: On-site** CLT + Benefits **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Map, redesign, and automate internal processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability; Develop automations using Python, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT API, or similar tools; Integrate legacy systems (ERP, CRM, databases, spreadsheets) via API; Create management dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.; Identify opportunities for applying generative AI and cognitive automation; Support teams with solutions that reduce manual tasks and increase productivity; Test new tools and propose improvements directly to senior management; Document processes and maintain version and change control. REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Practical experience with automation (RPA, Python, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.); Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with business-oriented thinking; Knowledge of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.); Strong communication skills and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
