About the position: * We are seeking an Inventory Assistant to receive, inspect, and verify product expiration dates in a warehouse, control losses and damages, organize inventory, conduct inventories and stocktaking, generate reports, and verify material intake and dispatch procedures. Main responsibilities: * Monitor goods intake and dispatch; * Determine average product outflow to avoid unnecessary purchases; * Maintain the inventory management system up to date; * Label and package products; * Inspect goods, as well as loading and unloading operations; * Maintain inventory control, storage, goods intake and dispatch, vehicle handling, product sorting, invoice entry, quotations, counter sales, and other duties related to the position; * Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness; * Guarantee shelf restocking; * Monitor product shelf life, following the FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology; * Store and sort products. Mandatory requirements: * Attention to detail and work accuracy; * Analytical ability; * Completed high school education.
