Develop knowledge in product quality We are looking for an **Apprentice** to work in the **Quality** department at our factory. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to launch their professional career, gain practical experience in industrial processes, and develop expertise related to product quality. **Responsibilities** * Support the Quality team in administrative and operational routines; * Assist in completing forms, spreadsheets, and quality control records; * Observe product and process inspections and verifications; * Assist in organizing documents, reports, and quality assessment records; * Support identification of non-conformities and monitoring of performance indicators; * Participate in theoretical training sessions and learning activities provided by the program; * Collaborate in maintaining organization and cleanliness in the production area; * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, properly using personal protective equipment (PPE); * Participate in company-provided training and professional development programs. * Act responsibly toward company resources, striving to optimize energy, water, and material usage, and contributing to environmental impact reduction. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in Pharmacy, Quality, or Chemistry; * Between 18 and 21 years old; * Basic computer skills (Word, Excel); * Interest in learning about industrial processes and quality; * Availability to work 4 hours per day (afternoon shift); * **Not** previously employed as an Apprentice in the Production Line Assistant training program. **Benefits** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Life insurance.
