Job Summary:
A building maintenance professional responsible for repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and preparation of technical reports across various areas.
Key Highlights:
1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
2. Providing services for electrical, hydraulic, masonry, and other systems.
3. Preparing technical reports and analyzing projects.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform repairs on equipment and facilities to resolve failures and minimize disruptions;
* Implement preventive maintenance routines to ensure the durability and proper operation of machinery and systems;
* Conduct periodic inspections of machinery and facilities to identify wear, damage, or repair needs;
* Prepare technical reports with diagnoses and recommendations for improvements;
* Analyze projects, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide precise and compliant service execution;
* Perform services on electrical, hydraulic, masonry, painting, and carpentry systems, including installation, repair, and component replacement;
* Carry out tasks such as lamp replacement, outlet and faucet repair, and furniture assembly;
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Completed high school education.
* Electrician training course with minimum duration of 160 hours.
* Driver's license – minimum category B.
* Flexible availability regarding working hours.
* Experience in building maintenance.
