Description

Work on the development of architectural and interior design projects, focusing on creating functional, aesthetic, and commercially viable solutions for beachfront and urban flats, as well as revitalizing properties acquired at auction. The professional will be responsible for preparing executive projects and 3D renderings, budget estimation, supplier quotations, and construction supervision—ensuring quality, financial viability, and adherence to established deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop architectural and interior design projects for residential flats and compact properties; * Produce high-quality 3D images and presentations; * Create revitalization and modernization projects for apartments purchased at auction; * Conduct on-site measurements and technical analysis of properties; * Prepare technical details and executive projects; * Research, select, and quote materials, custom-built furniture, loose furnishings, appliances, and decorative items; * Prepare and monitor construction and renovation budgets; * Supervise construction execution, suppliers, and service providers; * Ensure alignment among design, execution, aesthetics, and financial viability; * Support decision-making regarding finishes, interior decoration, and space optimization; * Contact partners, suppliers, and clients as needed. Requirements: **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. **Required:** * Active registration with CAU (Council of Architecture and Urbanism); * Proven post-graduation experience in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Demonstrated participation in completed projects, with portfolio and professional references available upon request; * Practical experience in developing and supervising residential projects; * Experience in renovations, interior design, and construction supervision; * Proficiency in architectural and interior design development; * Intermediate-level knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering; * Experience in renovation and property revitalization projects; * Knowledge of materials, finishes, and custom cabinetry; * Experience in cost estimation and budget preparation; * Knowledge of construction supervision and management; * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V\-Ray, Lumion, Revit, Enscape, or similar software; * Intermediate/advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Strong visual presentation skills for design projects. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Additional training in interior design, 3D rendering, landscape architecture, lighting design, or construction management; * Experience in projects targeting compact properties, flats, or retrofitting is desirable; * Experience in projects intended for short-term rental, flats, or compact properties; * Hands-on experience in revitalizing properties acquired at auction; * A strong portfolio featuring 3D images and executed projects; * Knowledge of interior decoration and strategic space staging; * Established network of suppliers and industry partners; * Availability for on-site construction supervision; * Flexible profile with partial availability prioritized for company projects.
