Collaborate with dealerships and insurance companies We are looking for an **Auto Insurance Manager** to lead commercial operations, drive results, and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring excellence throughout the entire journey—from sale to renewal. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage auto insurance operations (sales, renewals, and after-sales); * Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, premium issued, renewal rate); * Develop commercial strategies to increase sales; * Lead the team and ensure excellence in customer service; * Collaborate with dealerships, F\&I, and insurance companies; * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree preferred; * Experience in auto insurance and team management; * Knowledge of insurance products, quotations, and policies; * Commercial, analytical, and results-oriented profile; * Experience with targets and performance indicators. **Additional Information** Contract type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) **ADTSA Group**, one of the largest automotive groups in Northeast Brazil, operates in the states of Alagoas, Ceará, and Pernambuco.
