Collaborate with internal company departments We are looking for a **Procurement Analyst** to join our team and contribute to the company’s procurement strategy, ensuring optimal commercial terms, quality, and delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers; * Develop and qualify new suppliers; * Issue and track purchase orders; * Monitor delivery timelines and ensure contract compliance; * Analyze performance indicators (costs, savings, lead time); * Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Sales, and Operations; * Prepare management reports and strategic analyses. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement or supply chain; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques and market analysis; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced); * Experience with ERP systems; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset.
