Description: We are looking for a candidate with: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Solid knowledge of Corporate Finance; * Advanced Excel (modeling, formulas, data analysis); * Advanced Power BI (creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports); * Intermediate English, with ability to read materials, reports, presentations, and engage in occasional interactions; * Experience with ERPs and financial systems (SAP or similar); * Minimum experience in related areas such as Financial Planning, Controllership, FP&A, or analytical finance functions; * Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing, and financial KPI analysis; * Residency in Recife; You will stand out if you have: * Experience in medium- or large-scale corporate environments; * Experience acting as a business partner to administrative areas; * At least 3 years of consolidated experience in FP&A or analytical finance roles; * Experience in an industrial environment (any sector) will be considered a plus; * Location and Work Schedule: * Office in Recife/PE, hybrid work model; * Monday to Friday, business hours. * Develop, consolidate, and analyze the annual budget, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic guidelines; * Lead the monthly SG&A expense close process, ensuring reconciliations, variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast), and preparation of managerial explanations; * Continuously monitor SG&A expenses, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization; * Develop financial projections, scenarios, and forecasts, including critical variance analyses and decision-support insights; * Execute SG&A budget freeze control, analyzing releases, exceptions, and financial impacts, ensuring adherence to the approved budget; * Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data quality, consistency, reliability, and timeliness; * Monitor projected and actual cash flow, analyzing short-, medium-, and long-term impacts; * Track working capital, financial indicators, and business performance; * Manage debt and intercompany loans, including monitoring maturities, debt costs, and financial terms; * Produce strategic financial presentations for leadership and internal stakeholders; * Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy of financial data, safeguarding information integrity; * Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple departments, consolidating information and aligning planning with execution; * Manage multiple concurrent requests related to budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and KPIs—especially during closing periods and reviews; * Conduct financial analyses with critical and strategic insight to support business decisions; * Build and maintain collaborative relationships with partner departments, balancing agility, accuracy, and technical precision. 2512210202551931668
