




**Job Opening: Design Analyst** **Location:** Parvi Group **Department:** Marketing / Communications Position Description Responsible for developing, adapting, and deploying visual assets and graphic content for the group’s brands, ensuring aesthetic consistency, alignment with branding guidelines, and efficient campaign execution. Will translate creative briefs and concepts into coherent, functional, and channel-appropriate visual solutions. ⸻ Key Responsibilities * Develop digital and offline graphic assets, including social media posts, banners, stories, emails, internal materials, and point-of-sale (POS) materials. * Adapt national campaigns to the regional realities of dealerships, respecting brand visual standards and guidelines. * Create layouts for social media, paid media campaigns, digital advertisements, and institutional materials. * Support the creation of layouts for commercial presentations, reports, and strategic materials. * Participate in the creative process for campaigns, promotional activities, and brand activations. * Ensure visual consistency, standardization, and correct application of the group’s brand identities across all materials. * Organize files, asset libraries, and versions to ensure smooth production, media, and reporting workflows. * Collaborate closely with designers, marketing analysts, media specialists, and social media professionals to execute the media plan and address recurring departmental requests. ⸻ Education * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Visual Communication, or related fields. ⸻ Technical Skills * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). * Knowledge of digital design, formats, and best practices for social media and online media. * Solid understanding of visual identity, branding, and guideline implementation. * File organization, naming conventions, and versioning best practices.
