Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in demand planning, supply chain, materials planning, or related areas. * Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, data analysis, and statistical modeling. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1) and BI tools (Power BI and similar). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with supply chain KPIs and S&OP methodology. * Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical analyses, historical sales data, seasonality, and inputs from Sales and Marketing departments. * Continuously monitor forecast accuracy by analyzing variances between forecasted and actual results, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Actively participate in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to align demand, production capacity, inventory levels, and strategic objectives. * Develop, update, and analyze dashboards, management reports, and performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand and planning. 2512170202551922130
