Opportunity for practical professional development #### **About the position:** * Support administrative, organizational, and customer service routines in the Human Resources, Finance, and Administration departments, contributing to the smooth operation of internal processes and professional development through hands-on learning. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Perform administrative support tasks, such as document organization and archiving. * Assist in interactions with suppliers and employees, conveying information clearly and courteously. * Support the receipt, dispatch, and tracking of internal and external documents. * Collaborate in requesting and managing office supplies and administrative consumables. * Keep information and documents under the department’s responsibility up to date. * Comply with regulations, internal procedures, and support sustainability initiatives. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently enrolled in and regularly attending high school (or a technical program related to the field).
