Collaboration within a team of education champions The Pedagogical Coordination Assistant is responsible for providing support to the pedagogical coordinator, students, and the entire teaching staff, helping foster a learning environment, identifying inappropriate behavioral issues, and enforcing school rules as stipulated in the internal regulations. ***Colégio Santa Maria***, a well-established institution in the education sector with over 67 years of history, is seeking a Coordination Assistant to join its team of education champions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the Pedagogical Coordination and Leadership in daily school operations; * Work directly with students to ensure adherence to schedules and school regulations; * Conduct telephone and in-person communications (with parents and students); * Support the coordination team in organizing school events; * Prepare feedback reports under the supervision of the coordination team; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy; * Proven experience in this role; * Strong communication skills, conflict resolution ability, teamwork orientation, and decision-making capability; * Availability for full-time employment and flexibility to meet the school’s operational needs.
