




**JOB DETAILS** ----------------- Job Description: We are seeking an Engineering Manager with solid experience in technical leadership and deep expertise in the design, development, and optimization of industrial equipment. The professional will be responsible for creating and improving solutions such as Rotary Dryers, Granulators, Coolers, and other essential equipment for fertilizer plants, as well as applications in mining, food, chemical, and petrochemical industries. This is a strategic position tasked with driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and securing the competitiveness and efficiency of products delivered to customers. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the engineering team, fostering innovation and high performance. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle—from concept through manufacturing and assembly support. Design and optimize industrial equipment (e.g., Rotary Dryers, Granulators, Coolers, and similar), ensuring performance and reliability across multiple industrial sectors. Ensure compliance with national and international technical standards and codes. Provide technical support to Sales, Proposal, and customer teams, contributing to customized solutions. Collaborate with R&D to integrate new technologies and process improvements. Manage departmental budgets, schedules, and engineering priorities. Serve as the technical reference point in meetings with customers and suppliers. Implement and enhance engineering methodologies and tools to increase efficiency and quality. ### **REQUIREMENTS** Technical and Educational Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. A postgraduate degree in Project Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields will be considered a strong advantage. Specific Knowledge: Proven experience in designing and developing rotary and processing industrial equipment—such as Rotary Dryers, Granulators, and Coolers. In-depth knowledge of technologies and processes used in fertilizer production plants. Familiarity with the specific requirements and characteristics of equipment for mining, food, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Proficiency in CAD 2D/3D software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar) and finite element analysis (FEA) tools. Knowledge of mechanical calculations, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material selection for aggressive environments. Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership or engineering team management roles within industrial equipment manufacturing companies serving the fertilizer, mining, food, chemical, or petrochemical sectors.
