Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting process and product audits, issuing analysis reports, guiding production operators on Quality criteria, and controlling equipment. Guidance to operators on Quality criteria * Conduct process and product audits within your business unit using a checklist and/or monitoring spreadsheets (control plan); * Issue analysis reports for customers based on requirements (technical data sheet and customer technical specifications) and the specific characteristics of each product; * Analyze the need to block/unblock items in the integrated system (SAP) by consulting based on NQA or SKIPs lot; * Guide production operators on Quality criteria and critical points of new or reissued products/processes, promoting a Quality culture; * Perform equipment assessments at defined intervals to ensure strict control, preventing equipment from becoming uncalibrated, inadequately identified, or improperly moved between departments. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
