Conduct daily meetings with staff before each shift to assign tasks and allocate personnel across all shopping mall areas for all shifts; inspect staff uniforms and appearance, and provide feedback to uphold team appearance standards. Perform rounds across all areas, verifying and ensuring execution of assigned tasks: shopping mall floors, restrooms, administrative areas, external areas, and technical areas. Manage daily material usage, including distribution, dilution, and supervision of correct application, ensuring product efficiency, cost savings, and staff safety.
