Manufacturing follow-up and resolution of technical issues Recruitment and selection consultancy is seeking a Full-Stack Designer in Sorocaba (North Zone). Advance GP is a company specialized in management solutions and consulting. We provide services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Receive and analyze drawings and technical specifications from headquarters. Design and review 3D/2D mold and fixture projects, applying technical standards and best practices. Adapt projects to local manufacturing requirements—considering available materials, equipment, and suppliers—and adjust designs to optimize production and reduce costs. Monitor mold and fixture manufacturing with suppliers and internal machining departments, overseeing production to ensure compliance. Participate in technical meetings with engineering, production, and quality teams to align project objectives. Support resolution of technical issues during mold and fixture testing and adjustment phases by proposing solutions to ensure performance and adherence to deadlines. Previous experience as a Junior Designer, Senior Designer, Product Designer, or Information Architect may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
