Ensure student safety both inside the institution and in its immediate surroundings. Maintain discipline and monitor student behavior within the school environment. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify individuals responsible for misconduct, provide guidance, and explain rules and procedures; * Identify suspicious persons near the campus; * Assist students with disabilities (physical, visual, intellectual); * Guide and facilitate classroom changes for students; * Assist in organizing student queues; * Release students only to authorized individuals—excluding releases at the main gate; * Inspect isolated student gatherings; * Report aggressive student behavior to the coordination team; * Inspect classrooms, restrooms, etc., for irregularities; * Check operational conditions of gates and doors; * Report the presence of strangers near the campus to management; * Distribute attendance registers to instructors; * Identify individuals responsible for misconduct and acts of vandalism against school property; * Open and close classrooms; * Deliver teaching materials to classrooms; * Inspect cleanliness throughout the campus and request corrective actions; * Verify the condition of blackboards and classroom equipment, reporting issues to the immediate supervisor; * Provide first aid when necessary; * Inform the security team about the flow of unauthorized persons entering the school environment; * Academic support; * Space inspections; * Assessment of needs to ensure proper classroom operation; * Relocation of materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed High School **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 12:00 PM to 9:48 PM (Monday to Friday) – 220 hours/month **Benefits:** Health Insurance: Hapvida NDI Ward Plan—free of charge for the employee, with option to include family members; Dental Insurance: Care Plus (dependents may be included); Food Allowance: BRL 185.52 per month—with a 20% deduction from the total monthly credit; Meal Voucher: BRL 22.00 per business day—with a 10% deduction from the total monthly credit; Transportation Voucher: Requested via benefits form, deducted from payroll as per legal requirements; Tuition Assistance: After three months of employment, you may begin studying with us (undergraduate or postgraduate).
