Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving, storing, identifying, and replenishing materials, as well as organizing warehouses, dispatching cargo, and conducting inventories, all in compliance with safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Inventory execution and cargo dispatch **Job Category:** ================= Manufacturing \& Operations **Job Family:** =============== Plant Production **Job Description:** ==================== **DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS** Receive and inspect incoming goods at the factory according to invoices and relevant product documentation (e.g., inspection reports, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.). Store received materials in designated warehouses, adhering to organizational standards and FIFO (“First in, first out”). Identify received materials by product, quantity, and batch—whether palletized or unitized. Replenish production lines with raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and other required inputs. Organize warehouses and clean work equipment. Inspect and store finished products at the end of the production line. Dispatch cargo to other distribution centers or customers per internal instructions. Execute and monitor service orders for equipment and tools. Utilize the data collection system for internal warehouse transfers, stock receipt and issue, checklists, or other operational needs. Conduct cyclic and monthly inventory counts as required. Comply fully with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions. Adhere to critical control points and quality checkpoints. Follow all safety procedures. **WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED** Completed high school education. Valid NR-11 certification. Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License. Minimum two (2) years of documented forklift operator experience. Strong interpersonal skills.
