Maintenance management and performance indicators We are seeking a Fleet Analyst to oversee operational control and management of the fleet, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost reduction in operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet (white and yellow lines), including trucks and forklifts; * Perform operational fleet control (kilometers driven, checklists, and tracking); * Manage inventory of spare parts and tires; * Negotiate with suppliers and issue purchase orders; * Monitor fleet performance indicators and provide support to drivers; * Conduct operational training; * Manage fuel usage. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in related fields. * Prior experience in fleet management; * Knowledge of heavy vehicle and equipment maintenance routines; * Proficiency in monitoring indicators and operational processes. * Familiarity with the Engeman system; * Must reside in Itu or have easy access to the area. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or commuting subsidy; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Breakfast and meals provided on-site.
