How would you like to join our team as a **Production Assistant I**, responsible for supporting production process activities and contributing to the quality and safety of our products? **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in operating production process machinery and equipment, such as mixers, mills, tanks, packaging machines, filters, and presses. * Perform cleaning and sanitation of the work area, utensils, and machinery, keeping the area consistently clean and organized. * Support equipment release according to departmental procedures. * Receive raw materials and verify materials used in production. * Assist in monitoring process controls, such as raw material and must temperatures. * Correctly identify manufactured products. * Perform product packaging and palletizing. * Follow all operational procedures and departmental instructions. * Support control of PPRO and PCC related to production. * Comply with Food Safety Standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and HACCP, maintaining safe and hygienic work habits. * Contribute to achieving departmental goals and performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in production or industry is desirable. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is desirable. **Job details:** * **Working hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday * **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * **Salary and benefits:** Market-competitive
